Christmas Party & Holiday Season Celebrations

On the last day of your school we had the Christmas party or holidays celebration on which we had to prepare the ethnic food from our countries that we made for a group of Finnish students learning about different cultures and countries .We  were 6 people cooking that day who made the different kind of foods from different countries . For the starter we had the Pie with mushrooms tomatoes and onions from Albania, Along with that we had Focaccia Bread, Samosas and Calzone (fried cauliflower with crispy crest ), In the main course we had Beef Pulav rice with the yogurt & coriander sauce and some special kind of Kenyan mashed potatoes with mild spices and herbs,and finally  in the dessert we had Gulab Jamuns.
