Starter

Mixed green salad ,with carrot , cucumber, toasted bread (with herb oil on top), garlic mayonnaise, and berries sauce mixed with aceto balsamico 

Creme Brulee

Preparing Creme brulee : After cooling down the boiled milk with vispikrema and vanilla, we put the yellow part of the eggs and the sugar ,then in the oven 95 degree for 1:15 min.

Beef Tikka (Traditional South Asian Cuisine)

Beef tikka or simply the word  ''tikka'' refers to the small pieces of meat marinated  it  is a traditional South Asian cuisine and is quite famous in Pakistan, India and all around the region . Tikka can be prepared using chicken , mutton or beef with the variety of simple spices like black pepper, salt, red chili powder , coriander powder , crushed garlic and ginger paste mixed in fat free yogurt and applied to small pieces of meat that is left to be marinated for at least 3 hours and then cooked over low heat of burning coal on  the metallic skewers on grill (cooked outdoors) .
