Today the class had this assignment to design and prepare a three course meal to take pictures of for a cook book (if its looking good enough) with out any limitations of region so everyone could make anything from anywhere. Day started at 8 am with writing raw material needed and went fast as everyone was so busy preparing their menu before 12 pm because we had to be ready with the sample plates by then .All the food was nice and delicious and you can take a look at the pictures from today's food below.
