This is a traditional food  its called Japrak,

Its done with grapes leafs , rice , mixed herbs. 

Beef meat with paprika sauce

Fry the meat with oil

Put white wine

In a pan we put the meat 

paprika , olives and cucumber

in another pan we fry a bit flour with tomato sauce 

we pour the sauce into the meat  to the oven
